1. Proceed to merchant application

  • Open the email sent to you by your NCR Silver partner
  • This email will contain a unique link that you will use to complete your application
  • This unique link is no longer valid after initial use for security
  • Chrome is the preferred browser
  • If you are unable to complete your application in one session, you will need to use the following link: UserAccount/Login

If you did not receive the email, check your spam and junk folders

2. Register for an account

  • You will be required to register for an Infinicept account before completing your merchant application
  • You will need to click the “Register” button

3. Login and claim your application

  • Login using your unique URL included in the initial email you received
  •  In order to claim your application, click on the “Continue Application” button on the merchant applications dashboard page

4. Complete your application

  • Complete steps 1 through 4
  • All fields with an asterix are required fields

5. Review your application

  • You will be prompted to review your application, pricing, and terms and conditions
  • To save your application for future reference, click on the “Download PDF” button

6. Submit your application

  • Click the “Accept & Continue” button
  • Your application will be sent electronically for review
  • If additional information is needed, you will be notified via email

7. Complete your registration

  • All pre-generated merchant applications that have been started on your behalf will appear on the merchant dashboard
  • The status of your application can be found in the “Status” column
