When you receive your first statement, feel free to contact customer support to walk you through the statement and how it reads.

NCR Payment Solutions virtual terminal software.

If you will be processing using our NCR Virtual Terminal Software, contact our customer support department by emailing assist.payments@ncr.com, and they will walk you through the configuration/setup and training on the software.

Direct interface/integration with NCR Payment Solutions' front end authorization platform.

If you are integrating your web site, or shopping cart directly to our front end processing platform, please contact your sales agent for more information. To request set up on our 24/7 testing server, or if you have questions or need assistance during this process, you can email assist.payments@ncr.com.

Point of Purchase Decals.

Decals are included with this letter. Please place the decal(s) in a prominent location at your establishment. Please contact our marketing team for web art logos, if possible please specify the image size you need i.e. 200×75 pixels, etc.
